Dear Client,

To assist with internal development, please complete the attached federal resume builder questionnaire. Everything you see in red text is required information. If the information being requested can be found in your current resume, such as employer information, simply state ‘reference resume’.

Please be sure to provide three professional references with corresponding contact information (email and phone). I also highly recommend that you provide 1-5 key accomplishments for each position held. Try to make these accomplishments quantitative to compliment your qualitative position description.

Do not forget to include a complete list of:

• Professional certifications that you maintain
• Relevant job training / professional development coursework
• Awards and Recognitions received (to include military)
